DIM-00014 is the most common error that user faced during the use of oradim utility
O/S-Error: (OS 5) Access is denied.
This error is common in Windows 7 and above .
It means that user which is accessing oradim has not admin permission,hence to access it
just go to
1.command prompt.
2.Right click on it.
3.click on Run as administrator.
